Mrs. Poole is an associate at The Law Offices of John E. Kusturiss, Jr., located in Media, Pennsylvania where she concentrates her law practice in the areas of criminal defense, domestic relations law and personal injury law. Prior to joining The Law Offices of John E. Kusturiss, Jr., in June, 2007, Mrs. Poole was an Assistant District Attorney with the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office.
As a former Assistant District Attorney, Mrs. Poole tried cases ranging in degree from summary up to and including felony offenses. During her last two years with the Delaware County District Attorney’s office Mrs. Poole was a part of the Special Victims Unit where she handled primarily felony sexual assault cases. Mrs. Poole is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association as well as the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Mrs. Poole received her Bachelors of Arts in English from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, graduating Cum Laude in May, 2000. She was awarded her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law in May, 2003.
